Lottery 2026 Results

Thanks so much to all who enrolled in the 2026 Lottery and a special thanks to those who helped out. We had 150 applicants in total. Within that group, there are 16 languages besides English spoken, and the students hail from 21 different towns.

This year’s Lottery Official was Dr. Chris Matthews, an educator and scholar. Dr. Matthews is professor of global business and leadership at Southern New Hampshire University and the founding director and lead of Project AIM (Achieving Independence and Mobility), a program designed to provide higher education to incarcerated individuals. We so appreciate him for taking time to be part of this year’s Lottery.

The Lottery was staffed by our Executive Director, Project Manager, and one of our Assistant Teachers.

We utilize a randomizing number selecting app to ‘pull’ the lottery numbers of each family who enrolled in the 2025 Lottery. As per our Lottery Procedures, those who were awarded a spot in the Lottery were notified once the event was completed; those who did not receive a spot receive written notification of their child’s enrollment status on the wait list in the days following the Lottery.

The Lottery generated a wait list at every grade. The Kindergarten wait list for next year is a new wait list. All other wait lists generated by this year’s Lottery, will be positioned below the existing wait lists generated during previous lotteries. Please note, those on the wait list are now in our system, and need not apply in future lotteries with the same child.
